Lands Improvement is a long established strategic land and development company operating from an office in central London. The company owns or controls a portfolio of strategic land and development sites across the UK.

We acquire land or interests in land that have potential for sustainable, residentially led, development. Sites are initially promoted through the planning system and once a planning consent is obtained the sites are usually serviced to optimise value and then sold to house builders and commercial developers.

We have an experienced team with skills in a range of areas including planning, engineering, development, project management and finance as well as land selling and acquisition.
