Henry Richards

Executive Chairman

Henry joined LIH in 1994 and was appointed Managing Director in 1997. He has overseen the transformation of the Company from an investor in predominantly tenanted farmland to a highly active and focused strategic land business with the capabilities to deliver serviced land to the development industry. Since joining the Company, he has been involved in the public listing of the Company in 1996 and subsequent sale to its major shareholder CMIG in December 1999.

Prior to joining the Company, he was a Director of Savills and spent the first six years of his career with Jones Lang Wootton.
