Location
The site lies off Lynwood Road, Huncoat, and is approximately 2km to the north east of Accrington.

Development proposals
The development site extended to around 6 hectares and comprised the former Huncoat brickworks and quarry. Lands Improvement secured outline planning permission for the site which facilitated the re-use of a derelict site and delivered significant contributions to improvements of community facilities in the local area.

Project status
The site was sold to Bett Homes in 2003 and is now being built out by Bett Homes (Honeycombe Heath) and Elite Homes (Briars Green).
