Kevin Moriarty

Kevin joined the Board of LIH in December 2009 following the acquisition of the Company by MGPA. As a senior Development Manager with MGPA, Kevin has worked on major development schemes and also reviewed potential acquisitions.

Prior to MGPA Kevin worked for the Olympic Delivery Authority on the London 2012 Olympics as a Project Sponsor developing business cases for projects, setting up teams, procurement, briefing and appointing consultant teams and contractors.

Kevin has also worked for Lend Lease and Laing O’Rourke on major development schemes, PFI’s, and major retail developments in Development and Project Management roles

Kevin’s early career was working for a major D&B building services contractor as an engineer and Project Manager
