Planning and exit strategy
- The site has outline residential planning consent for up to 550 units
- The entire development is estimated to cover 550 units, however individual housebuilders will be able to alter this to match their preferred layouts and house types
- The site layout and proposed parcelling allows for multiple housebuilders on the development
- In March 2015 the first land parcel was sold to Bellway for c. 96 units
- Land is available for housebuilding on the remaining land for c. 450 homes.
