Rob joined Lands Improvement in August 2010 to lead acquisitions for the company following previous land acquisition roles. This included work as Land Manager at Berkeley First (part of the Berkeley Homes Group), and Senior Land Manager at private development companies Hollybrook Limited and Tudorvale Properties. Rob is an MRICS qualified Planning & Development Surveyor with 8 years post-qualification experience. Previous other roles includes working for Savills over five years in a variety of roles including Mixed-use land agency and consultancy, Affordable Housing advice and agency and more recently with the Savills Housing Investment and Consultancy team acting for Public Sector-led clients such as the HCA and various Registered Housing Providers.
