Aoife is responsible for providing overarching planning input across all projects, including considering new acquisition opportunities. Aoife also manages a number of live projects, including a former power station site in Dorset, a large urban extension site in Bromley, and a number of sites in Aylesbury Vale. Prior to joining Lands Improvement, Aoife worked at Indigo Planning for nine years, advising a range of private sector clients, including fund managers, housebuilders, retailers and developers. Projects included a mix of development types, including residential, leisure, employment, education and retail. During this time, Aoife also acted as planning consultant to Lands Improvement.

During his time at Linden Homes, Sam was responsible for managing the South East portfolio of Strategic Land and his most notable success was the achievement of an allocation for 1,600 homes to the West of Chichester and subsequent resolution to grant planning permission for phase 1 of 750 dwellings on the site. Kari’s role is to manage and co-ordinate consultant teams on projects from acquisition stage through to planning approval. During his time at Telereal Trillium, Louis was responsible for a number of disposals of surplus property assets and detailed due diligence that fed into the sales. Prior to joining Telereal Trillium, Louis studied Geography and Urban & Regional Planning at the University of Birmingham, before completing the MSc Real Estate program at the University of Reading. At Lands Improvement, Louis will be assisting with submitting and monitoring planning applications, as well as helping with Section 106 legal agreement negotiations and drafting planning conditions.
