One of the things that sets us apart from our competitors is the time we spend and the interest we take in engaging with local communities, planning officers and politicians to deliver schemes which are both policy-led and people-led. We also take the time to thoroughly consider our planning applications from all angles. Once planning permission is granted, we work with housebuilders to bring the land forward for development, often by investing in key strategic infrastructure and acting as master developer, realising value for all stakeholders in the process.
