Engagement with stakeholders

One of the things that sets us apart from our competitors is the time we spend and the interest we take in engaging with local communities, planning officers and politicians to deliver schemes which are both policy-led and people-led. The outcome is that we see the development from a wide range of perspectives and gain an in-depth view of what is required.

We also take the time to thoroughly consider our planning applications from all angles. This means that we explore and focus on detail in a way that others simply cannot match, providing greater emphasis on the elements of the plan that contribute to value, such as infrastructure, services and maximising land-use opportunities.

The ability to invest in infrastructure

Once planning permission is granted, we work with housebuilders to bring the land forward for development, often by investing in key strategic infrastructure and acting as master developer, realising value for all stakeholders in the process.

Our approach

We do things right

We do things right

We pride ourselves on the level of rigour that we apply to our projects, carefully considering all the angles and analysing each aspect in depth. This thorough examination of every project allows us to understand how we can best deliver for the benefit of all. We take a highly strategic approach, with a view to creating a place that people will enjoy living in, now and in the future.

High degree of specialist skills

High degree of specialist skills

Our team may be relatively small, but we are all highly skilled and passionate about what we do. Everyone has a specific area of expertise and their knowledge and experience of their specialist area is second to none.

A grounded approach

A grounded approach

As an experienced and successful strategic land developer, we take a grounded, common-sense approach to our projects. This involves taking into consideration the whole range of factors that could affect the project. We consider these factors thoroughly, analysing each in depth, which means we make informed decisions – with communities front of mind. Consultation and engagement are very high priorities for us.

Collecting all the relevant facts and opinions of everyone involved and incorporating high levels of flexibility in our plans also means we can be agile in responding to trends and changes.
